Shipping, Tax & Duties

Shipping rated depend on the total size and weight of your order and is calculated at the checkout.  Please note that local duties and tax are not included in the shipping fees and these will need to be paid directly to the courier if this is required in your country.

Returns

We like to keep things simple, which is why we offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy on all Unity Pro-mesh drum heads.  If you wish to return any items, please contact us via our contact form and request a return authorisation.  If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay the return postage.  If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us to arrange a returns label.

Customers may return unused drum heads within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

Acceptable Use Policy

Returns are subject to our standard acceptable use policy and forms part of the terms of sale which is detailed below. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following conditions:

Intended Use
Drum heads are designed for normal musical and practice use only. They must be fitted, tensioned and used in accordance with standard electronic drums and playing practices.

Misuse and Damage
Damage caused by misuse, excessive tension, improper fitting, modification, abuse, accidents, or use outside the product's intended purpose is not covered and will not qualify for replacement or refund.

Used or Installed Products
Drum heads that have been fitted, tuned, played, marked, or otherwise show signs of use are considered used products and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Manufacturing Defects
If a drum head is found to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs or the return of the item for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the product.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Conditions of Sale and this Acceptable Use Policy.
